3 weeks on after the operation

Hi just had a blood check and thei INR is now 2.4 so it's going up slowly and have another check this thursday .Sleeping is still a little hit and miss but i seem to notice the ticking and also depending on the position in bed it does feel as though the heart is thumping but go's away after a bit of deep breathing .The cut and chest are is sore still and the neck are ,I am only using paracetamols anyway Each day it seems to be better and look forward to the next few weeks of recovery .
