Glad all went well seems we had our op near the same time and the same thing avr + root replace, mine was on the 25th Oct been a month now and all OK surgeon went a bit deep so caught my AV node on my heart so a pacemaker for me, glad…"

Hi all. I had successful avr last month with a mech valve. Everything went well. I had avr + root replaced. My surgeon told me the valve and the Dacron material will last forever without complications which is comforting as I really don't want to go through with this again!
