Lots of sport, healthy eating (a few cheeky reds) and an early reitirement deal. thanks yet again to Graeme for this fantastic site. Happy summer to you all. Love Kevin

2 Months Post Op !

How time zooms along!  - Almost 2 months in since my replacement valve. All going well, tired in the afternoons and early evening, and a very load thumping (no clicking) of the heart at times.

I am managing 45 minutes of walking (being pulled along by my 55 kg Beauceron) in the mornings, followed up by about half an hour's cycling in the afternoon ( no Beauceron at this stage).

Hi kevin thanks for your invite - apologirs for the delay in response I'm somewhat technically incompetent but that's no excuse - sorry to hear you've an op coming up so soon - while no doctor I seem to remember shedding a lot of weight post-operation sopersonally I'd keep your current life balance stay on the wine and maybe tone the muscles a bit more to justify that to yourself!
