Just thought i would drop you a quick note to say that I hope yo uare feeling a bit better today this week. Deryk is right - we all have our good days and our bad days..I have just come back from a huge 4 day exhibition/meeting in London attended by over 200,000 people and it was tough going walking and talking all day..and I was exhausted last night when i got home...my 'click tick thump 'machine was in full flight.. and even though it is a terribly wintry cold and rainy morning today - I had a good nights sleep and feel good... so its amazing what a good sleep does for you!
Also I have a comment on Richards clubbing dig..well..we actually still do go clubbing now and again..my son and daughter in law love that we do.. and have threatened to join us one night.. but we dont go out that much but now and again - we do enjoy our music..and Richard is right..if you get too near a big speaker it sort of resonates with your mechanical valve..really funny! Anyway you take care and keep in touch!
cheers
Graeme
