I notice you have had a re-op from a biological valve to a mechanical valve, would love to see your story in blog form on the site and how you felt over the years of your bio valve and how it wore out - ie the symptoms as we have a lot of people asking about the difference between the 2.
Re noisy valve..yes click.tick.whoosh. thump! There's a good section on the site on this!¬ Yes it is a new sound you have to learn to live with it but - its a life saving sound and eventually you DO get used to it and even love it! Anyway, welcome aboard and hope to see you on the forums soon!
