the aortic dissection/aneurysm group that you have also joined has a few more people and subsequently a litle more forum and blog traffic... and also more member photos :)
i guess the photo thing is a personal preference and whilst it is nice to have an idea of who you are talking to, it is not a must ;)
i was also a bicuspid valve birth too, but unlike you, my bicuspid valve in conjunction with an assumed genetic actin problem precipitated an aneurysing type 1 aortic dissection. weirdly enough my valve is still bicuspid, albeit made of titanium...
