i have lots of questions but my first and most important one is what sports am i able to play and not play

I have some questions.

I had an ascending aortic dissection almost 5yrs ago(I was 34 weeks pregnant at the time) They repaired my valved an replaced/graph my aortic from the valve to almost mid arch. Now I have a moderately leaky valve(also another aneurysm a little past the first one, and an enlarged aortic root). While surgery is not on the table at this time I am well aware that it is a possibility in the future. Surgical adventures and the start of the recovery process
