Hi David

I'm nearly 4 yrs post Op(Aortic valve & Ascending aorta replacement). I would say my heartbeat is normal sounding now i.e. I can't hear it or feel it anymore, unless I hold my breathe for a few seconds!

Well done you, 25yrs and counting.

Best regards

Martina
