Ive tried to loose weight normally and i cant. i love food too much! does anyone know which ones contain no vitamin k?

Regarding your question on which food contain no vitamin k, perhaps it is more logical to look at the foods high in viamin K, below a list and a link good luck. As for weight loss - I also love my food and spend many hours per week in my kitchen or at the resturant, we have to move to keep our weight down, walk and walk twice a day 30 mins per session :_))
Foods with high vit K
Dark Leafy Greens, Spring Onions, Brussels Sprouts, Chili Powder, Curry, Paprika, and Cayenne, Asparagus,
