Support Group for Mechanical & Artificial Heart Valve Surgery & Using Warfarin
New member and new to blogging!!
I had my Aortic valve fitted in 1997 and it's done jolly well so far, and to be honest most of the time I forget all about it, then something happens that makes me think, can they do that? i.e. can I go in to an MRI scanner?
You know the sort of thing, metal valve, big magnet, definate No, No or is it?
Any experiences or comments gratefully recieved
