At Home

Hi Everyone, well after 2 days in ICU and 6 days on the ward I went home.

I am being careful and doing everything at a slow pace as recommended, but notwithstanding the same I can't describe how much more alive I feel now and I am…

Am I destined to eat boring food. Shoot me now!

So had a lovely red curry and a glass of wine last week on tuesday. Woke up wednesday feeling icky went to my trusty INR home test kit and found it was 1.8 (my range is 2.5 to 3.5). Just came good today one week later on monday after regular INR blood work and a curious Dr Muir wondering what food I…
