Completed 45km Charity bike ride

Hi all,

I'm very pleased to say that yesterday I completed a 45km charity bike ride, for British Heart Foundation, around some lovely Suffolf Villages. It was a very well organised event. It’s about 14 months post Aortic Valve & ascending Aorta replacement. It was so good to complete it. Today I’m a little bit tired :)

Take care

Martina

Well done, a great achievement, you must be very proud. I will raise (a small) glass of wine to you this evening, keep up the good work.
