seems you are getting it right...well done! I also had my yearly cardio visit last week..naied it..bp perfect 80/119 echo was terrific and cardio exercise test showed average fitness for person... 10 years younger..! maybe we should start marketing valve replacments for all.. :-)  cheers Graeme

can you get a coaguchek xs on worker's comp (?)... nothing better than testing yourself - granted it is capillary blood and not venous, but i find it accurate...

From the look of your impressive heart valve CV(!) already - seems that you could teach us all a thing or 2! Seriously, welcome aboard our group and if any of us can do anything to help you or provide any information do not be afraid to ask - we are all here to help and support one another! Mechanical heart valves do take a bit of getting used to - but you will find a lot of info and experience on this site..
