Anne, thankyou so much for your lifelong membership payment for the MHV Support site. Lovely to see you so active on the site as well. I have put your life membership link on the rh side of the site with all the other lifelong memebers. Welcome!
usually on your side is best. On your back you can hear the valve too much..also a must - you need a large soft pillow to hug against your chest (sorry partners do not qualify!) I have a large wheat pack that is in the shape of a stuffed toy (!) that in the early days i heated up in the microwave before i went to bed..but i still have it against my chest as i sleep to muffle the ticking of the valve.. hope this helps..
and welcome to the MHV Forum! Please jump right in and use any of the forum facilties and dont be slow to contact any of us for advice or assistance, we are all here to help you as well as one another! I look forward to seeing you out and about on the forum soon..
